WeTransfer Brand Platform: Think it. Make it. Move it.
WeTransfer’s goal was to increase awareness in the United States. In order to do so, we developed a new brand platform that was nimble enough to not only speak about its features and how they help you move your projects, but to also demonstrate it.
Our ongoing collaboration with UK band, Jungle, was the crux for the launch of our new brand platform and the first film focused on WeTransfer helping Jungle make their visual album idea into a reality.
The “Think it. Make it. Move it.” campaign films were launched across the US, including social and OOH, speaking to the many different ways that WeTransfer helps artists, creators and people of all backgrounds easily send whatever big files they need.

British band Jungle partnered with WeTransfer to produce a visual album for their fourth record, VOLCANO. The entire album was a single-shot music video.
In order to shift WeTransfer’s perception from being a file sharing service and into a distribution platform for creators and artists, for the single ‘Back on 74’ we created a first of its kind interactive music video experience to release exclusive content.
One part music video, one part digital art gallery, the single and music video for Jungle was released exclusively on WeTransfer. Within the ground breaking experience, users could peel digital artworks off the walls in real time, adding it to their personal transfer box where it could then be downloaded.
100 golden tickets for Jungle’s 2023 international tour were also hidden and attached to specific art pieces, waiting for the lucky winners.

Facebook "Ophelia World" AR Experience
Together with Facebook we created a vision of the future of art in museums using Augmented Reality. This first project extends the Pre-Raphelite classic Ophelia by John Everett Millias (1829—1896) and “hacks” the narrative of the painting.
Through AR, visually the painting spills into the environment around you and elements come to life around you as you experience the painting in the Tate Britain.

Through the Necessary Explosion app, powered by LAVA, each track is visualized into unique digital sculptures that spin atop of the vinyl “SOS” record on a physical turntable.
Unique audio fingerprinting technology triggers the AR content specifically designed for each track, which users can access through the app on mobile or tablet. Users can further engage with the sculptures by moving around them, as the proximity based animations manipulate as you get closer or further away.

"No Paper" Live VR Event + Art Exhibition
We put Tilt Brush’s VR design tools in the hands of our most talented Illustrators and Art Directors at W+K Portland to create a day-long live-streamed event called No Paper.
Each VR artist had 30 minutes to create a 360 masterpiece within Tilt Brush, as their work was streamed live throughout the agency and for viewers world wide on YouTube. You can watch the entire live stream here.
